Informative - Your exterminator spent over an hour with me surveying our house and yard, giving his best recommendations for the ants and rats. He also kept in mind our baby and dog, recommending to stay away from the poison and sticking with a baiting method, which he said is far more effective but requires patience and diligence.

Thank you - They were also very honest about what our expectations should be in the weeks after the treatment. It's a process not an instant fix so we were told to expect to see scragglers, coming out and dying off. But the goal is to get the treatment back to the nest and kill them where they breed! And I'm all for that. After a month there is no sign of cockraches.
