Always been great - We've used Pest Control Tower Hamlets for a number of years and they've always been great. They've never objected, resisted, or tried to charge me extra for having them come out for non-scheduled services (to handle bees & such).

Really Good Job - Really Good Job on mice problem.. We had them go to my mom's house. A female technician came to the house. I think Lisa was her name. This lady was amazing!!! She pointed out holes that I never knew existed inside the house. The attention to detail was amazing!! After about 2 hours of service she was finish and I felt that we received more than our money worth.

Rats - The technician inspected the house and checked out where the rats are were hiding and put a trap and bait on it. He returned the next day and got all trapped rats. He then sealed the areas where rats are coming in and checked another spots until he had trapped all the rats in only 1 week of doing the routine but he still return to do some inspection and I think it is no longer needed because now, I haven't heard any weird sounds coming from our kitchen.
