The technician did a good job - This was by far the best customer service experience one could expect to have when dealing with pest problems in your home. The gentleman I spoke with (didn't get his name :( ) was extremely knowledgeable, personable in helping me diagnose my pest problem. The technician did a good job and now the bed bugs are gone.
