rat issue - So, We found our selves with rat in the Attic. Mommy and some babies it sounded like. I called this company and (on a Sunday) they were able to come by within a few hours. They knew what they were doing and showed me where the problem was. These guys were great. They take their shoes off until they get to the attic without being asked. Polite and helpful. Rats are gone now !

Grateful - I personally request the same technician every time because he is a wonderful person and very good at what he does. First thing he asks me is how I am and then followed by do i have any concerns or problems today. He goes over and beyond and am very grateful.

Mice - This company came out next day and was on time. They were very nice, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. They answered all of my questions and checked inside and out. It's only been a day since they were here, but know that if the problem persists (which I expect/hope it won't, it was a small in nature) they will be back as part of their guarantee.
