With A Smile - There's nothing like being stuck in your house cuz your garge door doesn't work. They greased up the joints and rails and jiggled things back into place. All under half an hour and with a smile.

Thanks - This was a bigger job than it sounds. The old plastic faucet broke off leaving plastic stuck inside the pipe. I originally thought the entire pipe would need to be cut, but they came up with an ingenious solution to get out the plastic. Thank you people.

Fixed the horrible taping job - We had a nightmare in our basement left by a previous contractor. This company was recommended to us by someone and right from the beginning we knew that we were in good hands. Their employees are extremely professional, curtious and very puncual. We would definetely recommend South Kensington Builders to anyone who values good quality work and a contractor who keeps his word.

Furniture repair and wiring - This is the second time I have used South Kensington Builders and Scott Elder in particular. He is true craftsman. I would recommend South Kensington Builders and Scott in particular if you want a repairman that will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done perfectly.

Electrical repair work - I would highly recommend South Kensington Builders. I called them in to fix a wiring problem and they responded to my inquiry right away and booked my appointment in a timely manner. The electrician called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived right at the time I had requested. He was courteous, helpful and was quickly able to fix my problem. I also really liked the fact that all employees are carefully screened with police checks and drug checks so that you can feel comfortable letting them into your home. I will certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Hall, rooms and cupboard painting - The crew was thoughtful, on time and the quality of the work was very good. The crew helped both prepare the rooms for painting, protect in-room items and return larger furnature items when they were finished. Little "add-ons" were taken on with no setback in the job. The job was estimated as three days and it took three days.
