Horrible shop they scammed me by selling me a second hand Nokia phone only worth £20 the big Asian man said it was brand new even though the phone came in the wrong packaging I didn't think much of it since I only needed the phone for calls its only after I threw the box away I found out the calls don't work other people can't hear me during call I went to get a EXCHANGE he said he needs the box this shop has TERRIBLE customer service I would not recommend its services also the staff there just don't care they already took your money.

*READ BEFORE YOU USE

IF YOU NEED HASSEL FREE SERVICE THEN YOU SHOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE. IQRA OFFERED LOW PRICE WHICH SEEMS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS NO WAY NEAR TO OTHERS. INITIALLY THEY HAVE ADVISED THE TV THAT I HAVE SHIPPED WILL TAKE MAXIMUM 2 WEEKS THEN ADVISED IT WILL BE DELIVER ON THE THIRD WEEK THURSDAY, WHEN I CALL THEM THURSDAY I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT IT WILL BE DELIVER ON SUNDAY. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEIR SERVICE DESPITE ALL THE ABOVE ISSUES.

ORIGINALLY GOODS WAS DISPATCHED ON THE 16/03/16 WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON THE 03/04/16, VERY DISSAPOINTED. I WILL NEVAR USE IQRA GROUP AGAIN DUE TO THE EXPENSIVE POOR SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECIVED FROM THEM.

Worst Service I got in UK - I have send money via them 22 days back and money is not delivered yet. Customer service is very bad. Will recommend everyone to avoid their service.

Crazy Service. IQRA Money Transfer - This has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
I became a member of IQRA money transfer/cargo/travels, as I live local. I Sent Zakat through them in 2010. As you may know Zakat is calculated and the exact amount has to be given to the poor. I’ve sent mine through Iqra Group in 2010 Ramadan. The exchange rate that was written on their receipt did not add up to the actual money they sent, there was significant amount of taka less than the amount meant to be according to their exchange rate.
When i called IQRA Group, Stepney E1, They said to me that this was just to make the calculation easy for us and the banks in Bangladesh don’t like to handle with decimal points. This has to be the biggest bullshit I’ve ever heard.
Not only that the Old man, who I spoke to on the phone, who usually sits in the back room dealing with all the ‘blackMoney’ as they call it. Who I also believe to be the main owner of Iqra Group, Was so rude that was unbelievable, may Allah help him. Not only that he just hang up the phone on me.
This is not the customer service you would get in Bangladesh. I would strongly Advice everyone to stay away from IQRA MONEY TRANSFER because of their rude customer service.
