First of all, the customer service is excellent, helpful and honest, second, the cleaning crews and technicians are polite courteous and thorough without exception from what I've seen, third, the services are affordable and convenient. The most important thing about them is that they are trustworthy and willing to satisfy the client. Excellent - The cleaning service was awesome! Scheduling was easy, pricing was very fair, and they did a great job. The last two carpet cleaning companies I have had were super expensive, but left my carpets wet for days and the technicians were more interested in chatting than cleaning my carpets. These two guys got right to work and did a great job. I would highly recommend Greenwich Cleaners.

Perfection - My carpet was washed and dried in a matter of just few hours, just as they promised. Greenwich Cleaners did a job way above my expectations, cleaned the carpet to perfection. The colour is very vivid now.

Very good cleaners - After firing our cleaner for a serious attitude problem, I searched the net for someone new to service my office. Greenwich Cleaners were quick to respond and promptly came in and gave me an estimate. Their price was better than the others I have examined, and I was impressed with how sweet and professional their attitude was.
Not only the team has been doing an excellent job cleaning our office, but the office staff is lightning quick to respond to any emails I have sent them in regards to working out the details of the cleaning routine. There is nothing I appreciate more than prompt good communication, which can be hard to find in certain industries.

Carpet Cleaning - I called Tuesday and the cleaners were able to come to clean our home on Friday. They had to arrive between 9-10, but called to say they were running a bit late. I appreciated that call! Finally, they showed up shortly after 10. Upon meeting they were super friendly, professional and ready to work. I showed them around the house and pointed out what I wanted. About 3 hours later the place was immaculate. The price was fair and we will be seeing the cleaners every 2 weeks from now on.
