Good service! - I have engaged this company on three occasions to clean carpets for me and the service and results achieved were unsurpassable! Their service is punctual, efficient, cost effective and also flexible enough for some occasional late changes which I have requested. I have used their cleaning service twice in the past few months and both times they have been professional, thorough, accommodating, and fantastic to work with. The cleaner set off the alarm, so she called us and we had to call the alarm company. It was a bit of a hassle, but other than that good service

Hard working guys - Hard working guys. Let me tell you, I feel like it's my birthday, I guess that's how obsessed I am with my apartment being clean. Everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend you guys. Charlton Cleaners do an outstanding job- the most thorough house clean I have ever seen. They passed all my tests with flying colours!

Able to accommodate me - I just wanted to gush and say that Anabel (the cleaner that came out last Friday) was amazing and did an excellent job. My studio is very clean, and she finished the job quickly. I would definitely request her again. Thank you for being able to accommodate me. This is the best cleaning service that I've ever hired!

No hidden extras - I just started using Charlton Cleaners and I am 100% happy with the service. The price is always competitive and there have not been any “hidden extras”. The cleaners are always punctual and the work is quick and efficient. I will be using them again and recommend to others.

Very satisfied with this company - Brandon the cleaner was very responsive. Arrived to provide an estimate on the day that he said he was going to. I agreed to the work and it was done within 2 hours. I paid a bit extra for the premium service, but it was totally worth the money. I am very satisfied with this company.

Re-schedule for one week - I set a date and time for Soft Surfaces to do my carpets on a Monday. On Sunday night I phoned to re-schedule for one week later due to illness. There was no problem and after a week the cleaners came and did a terrific job. Great service!
