Teoh's Restaurant has a menu consisting of Thai, Malaysian, Japanese and Chinese dishes - all of which are given a 'spice' rating. They also provide a takeaway option. This branch occupies a huge industrial space which was once a tobacco factory. It's now adorned with a range of teak dining furniture and boasts a frenetic kitchen which opens out onto the eating area.

Authentically Tasty - If you are only used to eating chinese food from a trad take away then don't go near Teoh's.

Each dish is £6 and there is an excellent choice of 30 main dishes in 5 categories of thai, japanese, chinese, malaysian and specialist.

They serve the tenderest, flavoursome spare ribs in town and their beef rendang always melts on my tongue.

The restaurant has a cafateria layout with long tables and high backed chairs. Make sure you book for Friday and Saturday.

Don't bother with the deserts just have an extra main course to share instead. 31-07-07
