Hygiene Sue, where learning comes to life, is an Accredited Training Centre offering courses in CIEH, City&Guilds and HABC. They specialise in multilingual courses, covering CIEH qualifications in Food Safety. This includes Chinese, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, Urdu and many more.
CIEH is offered in three levels, where you will start off by gaining a basic understanding of food safety rules and regulations. The idea is that you will follow the standards you have learnt to create a hygienic, safe and professional environment to work in.
The more advanced level will cover Food safety hazards, bacteriology, physical, chemical, and microbial contamination of food and its prevention, food storage, temperature control and food preservation, design and construction of food premises.
