Basement, Loft and Extension - I'm very impressed with Builders GB after getting my house completely redesigned by them. They were very helpful during the design and planning stage and saw to it that I gained the right types of planning permissions I required within a very short time.

Having seen them work on a neighbouring property I called them over for a chat and to get some ideas's. They helped sketch out my design and then went on to providing me with Architectural Drawings including a very in depth Design Brief.

My Basement Conversion was started on only after all the tests and structural calculations were carried out and double checked and the Extension and Loft Conversion were built at the same time.

As my house project was on a large scale I did have to move out for a few months but I was regularly updated and kept informed of each stage via photo logs and emails.

The house looks brand new now.

Builders GB also provided my with their Platinum Interior Design Package.

Loft Conversion London - Excellent company with a good reputation. I've just had my loft converted into a new bedroom. The project was carried out with precision and looks great. Builders GB are well presented and offer a great service. The had worked on my brothers home in Balham and after seeing how his home turned out I had my loft converted by them also. The design and build service is very handy as it cuts out the trouble of having to run back and forth from the council's planning department - one if their architects handle that side for you. Project managers are in full control at all times. The price was good as was the end result. 10 out of 10.

Good Builders. Fair Price, Tidy and - I recently used the services of Builders GB to have a Loft Conversion and Extension added to my house.
I was very pleased with the price they quoted me. The job was finished within schedule. Builders GB provided me with the Architects Drawings and also advised me on all relevant Planning Issues.
I am very happy with their service and would recommend this company to anyone requiring a hassle free building company.
