Do not use this company. Plumbers were unreliable and communication poor. There were many days that they just didn't turn up. Installed incorrect pump when burnt out almost immediately. Site was left messy and pipe work lazy.

Ultimately, they did not finish the job and just disappeared. Despite claiming an 18 month work guarantee I can not get in contact with them.

Just 'sloppy' plumbing - They came to fit a new shower cartridge. The simple job was hurried and sloppy (Plumber lost a small, integral part and suggested I buy a replacement - until I searched and found it several feet away).
Didn't work in a clean, methodical way and didn't flush debris from shower housing or grease cartridge so shower leaked badly.

I offered several chances to rectify the issue which we're snubbed, blaming a faulty cartridge. I called Pimlico Plumbers who came over a rectified it within 30 minutes.

Emergency plumbers in London - Called in at 2am on a saturday and booked a plumber, a guy called keith turned up within half hour. He was straight to the point and very helpful, showed me where to turn my water off for future refrence and for a resonable price.
