The Royal Oak Paley Street, a traditional English pub and dining room in the Berkshire countryside just outside Bray, owned by father-and-son team Sir Michael and Nick Parkinson, is already well-known in the area for its warm ambience and great selection of drinks -and is now also really building up its culinary reputation.
Following on from being awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin in January 2008, the team at the Royal Oak have been thrilled to win recent accolades including the Good Food Guide’s Best Pub Chef, the AA’s Restaurant of the Year (England) and Tatler magazine’s Best Young Chef.
