A traditional 16th century English pub that appears in the ‘Good Beer Guide’ for 2006, 2007,2008 and 2009.

The Crown offers delicious, well priced fayre, that is freshly prepared on the premises and served both lunchtimes and evenings.

Lunchtime proves to be very popular for business lunches with people wishing to take advantage of the village setting away from the bustle of Basingstoke town.

Best place to eat in Basingstoke! - This place is seriously good! The food since they reopened in March 2011 is fantastic and I can't recommend it highly enough.

In fact, not just the food itself, but how it's presented and served deserves praise.
