The Power Studio is a luxury, authorised dedicated Power Plate studio located in Docklands. We have 4 plates in the main studio where we run 25 minute trainer led classes with a maximum of 4 per session.. that’s a Power Plate EACH… no sharing here! Given there is a maximum of 4 in one class it’s like having a personal trainer cracking the whip & making sure you are making the most of each exercise!

Avoid this place! - My girlfriend has tried the power studio and said there are much better places in the area to go if you want to keep fit. Save some money and avoid, also the person who gave this place 5 stars actually runs the power studio how lame is that having to talk your business up! You should let the people decide, that is why I love Tipped.
