Secret Moustache - I think that Dalston has already taken over the trendy role of Brick Lane. Today I will reveal a secret to you but please keep it for yourself- I don’t want this place to be overcrowded when I come back there. Ok? ?
We went to The Moustache Bar during the weekend. Although it’s in Dalston’s centre, it’s easy to miss it as the doors and a ‘bodyguard’ are in the shadow of kebab shop (a good place to have munch in alcoholic ‘gastro phase’, by the way). The club is really small and actually, everything seems to be little…Even bottles of beer (Corona, Peroni- £2,50 per bottle) as it’s not possible to buy a pint of tap beer there. Music is really cool but because of the above mentioned small space you can’t shake your body as intensively as you would like to. (you need to respect co-dancers). What’s unusual about the place is the fact that you can smoke inside in a special section.
Obviously, there are lots of moustaches on different elements of interior design so if you want to show respect to Brad Pitt (a devoted moustache lover), you need to visit a club.
