Poor Customer Service - This restaurant needs a wake up call. The customer service is disgraceful and the staff are arrogant. We have eaten here several times in the past seven years and each time the service has been getting worse. Following our last experience we will never go there again. We arrived at about 7.30 on a quiet Thursday evening, the restaurant had a large party, who were lively and noisy sitting towards the back of the rstaurant. We were shown to a table for two next to this party. As there were plenty of other tables we asked to sit further away. We were told, very rudely, no those tables were four it was here or nothing. We took the "nothing" option and walked out. So my advixce to you is go somewhere else and don't give your money to people who really don't seem care at all about giving good customer service.
