I felt robbed :( - I was disappointed by hidden fees (£20 for a consultation which I never agreed to paying for nor was told about until it was added to the bill in addition to the treatment costs). They doubled the cost of the 30 minute accupuncture treatment from £30 to £70, and finally quoting me £30 for the medicines which ended up costing me over £100 instead. I was shocked when I got the bill as it was more than double what had been agreed and more than double their advertised prices. When I complained about the surprise costs the staff ganged up on me. It was horrible and intimidating. I left felling horribly cheated and bullied into paying additional costs. I would never go back!
