Worst deal ever made on the web - My lovely girlfriend bought a 300Euros flight case 5 weeks ago for my anniversary, and I'm always waiting for it. When she ordered the sitar case they said that the parcel would be shipped on the next days, we also had a phone call together to be sure that their sitar case fit my instrument, and so on...
For the moment they didn't give answer to my e-mails, they can not track the parcel, they lie about the exact situation, etc... For sure it's not a professional behavior.
There are a lot of more professional sellers in Europe that can help you quite better..

Worst customer service ever - Unless this shop has exactly what you want in store and you can physically leave the premises with it in your possession i woudl not bother. I ordered a sitar in April for £170 for delivery in June. The shop then convinced me to order a more expensive model for £300 which i did. After much chasing in June i was told that their factory had 'decided' not to make the £300 model anymore but i could purchase a £500 instead! I declined. The items was to be a present and i am bitterly disappointed. I am not convinced that my order was ever even placed.
