Max pleasure for min calories - So. It's January and like lots of other suckers I'm on a New Year health kick (and it's actually working too!)
But today I thought I'd get a Friday afternoon treat from this place as I thought it wouldn't be as bad as real ice-cream. But who'd have thought? Only 78 calories for a pot of delicious, creamy frozen yoghurt and a mind-boggling choice of yummy toppings including mini Oreos, hot apple crumble and brownies! Ok, so I went for health-conscious blueberries but it was still utterly delicious.
Plus it brings a breath of fresh modern culture to South Ken with a trendy art installation, cute staff and kitsch-but-cool decor. This is officially going to be my Friday lunchtime destination of choice. Yum yum yum.
