speedy silver - last Monday i ordered a necklace and it arrived on teusday. It was perfect, as the silver was excellant and the red coral pendant from it, was gorgeous.
The box was OK but not brilliant, however that was more than compensated for by the fasts ervice and good quality necklace.

Rather strange T&Cs - Sadly I can’t comment on the goods because they cancelled my order twice without reference to me. I had the temerity to ask for the necklace to be despatched as soon as possible because I wanted it for my daughter’s birthday a few days later. Because I had made an “attempt to alter the Terms and Conditions” my order was cancelled. The next day I reordered and I emailed explaining that I felt there was sufficient time to get it to me (they say the use Special Delivery and despatch either the same day or the next day) but that my daughter would love it whenever it arrived. Surprisingly, they yet again cancelled the order.

Why couldn’t they ring and ask what I wanted to do? They are scared that people will want a refund if goods don’t arrive in time.

I went elsewhere, naturally.

bargain silver jewellery - i bought 3 items at the silverstall for less than £20. I have since seen all 3 items in a shop just down the road and they total £135 !!!
So for a bargain in silver jewellery there is not shop that gets anywhere near the silverstall

The best thing out of plymouth - 3 occassions the jewellery has turned out better than expected. Visiting thier shops means travelling to Plymouth and for that reason alone i would recommend you shop online. Its a pity their shops cannpt be found outside plymouth. Nice friendly customer service.
