Stressful! Beware! - Houses look nice and are interesting designs however once you have bought one dont expect any customer service. Just excuse after excuse about why they cannot finish jobs off or carry out snagging. If you are going to buy one then ensure everthing you expect in the house and anything promised is documented and ensure you hold back a large retainer to motivate them into sorting out issues after completion. Buying a new house should not be this stressful and unless you can cope with high stress levels and months and months of failed promises then our advice is not to buy a Pilcher home.
