Is this the same surgery? - I have attended this surgery for the last 7 years and have found it to be the best yet mainly thanks to the kindness, courtesy and compassion of the doctors. Yes, you do occasionally have to wait for your appointment but there must be times when it is impossible for a difficult consultation to be concluded in 10 minutes flat.

The reception staff are efficient and helpful whilst doing a difficult job. I learnt long ago that if you treat people with respect, it is usually returned. Otherwise, I am the first to complain. 10-11-09

Awful - Awful surgery. Very unhelpful, they simply don't care about you.

There is always a long wait to see a nurse or GP despite the fact that one has an appointment!

The receptionists are either too young or too old. Besides last time I went (before I had had enough) the receptionist was eating whilst she was"helping me".
