Fur Coat & No K-------? - Beware of these builders and work out from the good old phrase of the title what their problem is. Everywhere started to leak in a building they renovated from roof to window frames after a year and the problem got worse later on and they just did not want to know. Basement started to have mould and they blame it on the lack of use of the extractor fan in spite of the bathroom being on automatic fan. They use cheap sub contractors as well that mean common parts like double glazed windows cannot be repaired by the same firm as they all disappeared or out of business.
