Guarantee - What Guarantee ! ! ! - After paying a deposit in June 2007, finally got work started in October despite promise in August 2007. Work "completed" after a fashion after considerable problems - 4 weeks after commencement of a 4 day job. First complaints not dealt with adequately (and put right by my goodself)despite being told by the "engineer" !that a gutter stop-end outlet for my particular type of gutter, did not exist!

Since the 5 June 2008 I have been unsuccessfully attempting by telephone, visit and letter to organise remedial work to yet another problem.

The 4 phone numbers for the company are constantly on answerphone or unobtainable. Messages are never replied to.

I am in contact with 3 other complainants at tis time - no doubt there will be others. Between us we are dealing with 4 Trading Standards Offices - Staffs CC, Cheshire CC, Stoke on Trent City Council and West Midlands.

Company's House address information is out of date for Mr Steven Jeffrey Brown, but have managed to trace him through an outside source.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH STEVEN JEFFREY BROWN OR ANY OF HIS ALIASES - ie Warmseal Windows & Drs Ltd, Warmseal Conservatories Ltd or Weatherseal. YOU WILL BE SORRY !! 05-08-08

BEWARE - this company promises you everything to get your order, once order is placed and a massive 25% is handed over as a deposit you are left waiting, i waited 3 months for my order and when it arrived it was not what i ordered.I complained to the managing director Steve Brown only to get verbaly abused over the telephone,but he did say he would put everything right. Like hell he has. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. 20-04-08
