Incompetent yes - fraudsters, maybe - Beware of bookings "not being written down" and having to be found alternative accommodation. My daughter booked this for us as a treat but it wasn't noted, allegedly. The cheque was cashed however, and on complaining the bank details were taken to give a refund but they took another £60 instead of refunding. My daughter has been phoning daily to try and get this sorted but just gets passed from pillar to post and now 3 months has elapsed. Police now involved. BEWARE.
