Awful! - If I could give no stars I would. I had this company fit a new front door and some french windows. The salesman lied to me about the APR, the window fitters rummaged through my cupboards and helped themselves to biscuits, crisps and food from the fridge. They fitted a different frontdoor to the one I ordered and it took weeks to get changed (their excuse was they hoped I wouldn't notice!), the builders were supposed to come to do the plastering etc the same day as the window fitters, they never showed, it tooks weeks and weeks to get the job finished and I was basically accused of being unreasonable for expecting the job to be completed as they were "busy"

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Avoid this company at all cost. After sales is non-existent. My mum and dad had windows and doors fitted. The windows are draughty and door seal has already broken. They did not finish the job (which included not fitting one window) and now will not respond to any communication including solicitors letters. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Beware of Hard Sales Pitch - Found this company very pushy when coming to end of quote , avoided questions on aftersales care and customer service. Pressurised to making a decison over one visit , not even deciding on product, was told that offer would only last the duration of phone call ie 5mins ..

do not trust - Two weeks ago my son had windows put in, one is broken i cannot shut it, cannot get company to come back and repair it, also they gave me false information regarding payment of the windows they have not upheld the agrement i signed and will they will not speak to me on the phone, they will not return my calls, i urge anyone who gets a call from this company promorting their windows to keep clear of them.
