Blandly intimate, but wholesome - I seem to find myself returning again and again, but - like many of my other faves, this place is made all the more affordable by the wonderful toptable who frequently have a 50% off deal.

The bar is fine for late drinks and coffees on the way home, but it won't blow you away. In fact, it's nothing special.

Food, however, is delicious and well prepared, cooked to perfection. It's a staple for your little black book if you have boring relatives in town that want something good and old fasioned.

Luckily, the company always makes this place and I have always been there with fabulous companions! 02-11-07
