Unsatisfactory service - I used Designer Alterations Ltd for an alteration to a couple of garments and found they provide an unsatisfactory service. The advice I received was poor, the price is 50 percent higher than competitors, and in my opinion the quality of work is low.
In short, I was unsure if the alteration could be carried out successfully but I was assured that it could be corrected. Their tailors altered my garments twice and the garments were in worst condition than what they arrived in.
