I used this firm for a buy to let property ( NEVER AGAIN ) the sale took two days short of six months to complete, they never ring you back, and nealy two years after i receive paper work that i should have had before signing the contracts.
if any body is thinking of using this form look at the reviews on yell before.
I have sent a letter of complaint ( recorded Del ) to date 19 days later i am still waiting for a responce.
