not what i experienced ! - i have been a patient here for ages and cannot believe the last review.
The practitioners really are the most professional i have encountered - the dentist waited quite a while to try and get the nerve to heal when i had some pain so that we could avoid root canal treatment - but had to do it eventually.3 years later things are still going well !
i have referred quite a few friends here ( no freebies alas !)

Good advice - I am giving an update following my review last Summer (2010): the dentist turned out to be absolutely right: I now need to do root canal treatment because of an infection.

I would like to apologise for the bad review I wrote last year (other dentists were telling me the x-ray was fine, and the tooth stopped hurting. Looking back it probably stopped hurting because it died!).

Finaly I should say that the dentists at IGPD were very polite and patient last summer when they replied to my not so nice review.

what I wrote last Summer:

My worst experience at a dentist ever.
I went for a toothache and the dentist wanted to do rootcanal straight away.
I asked the dentist to show me the infextion on the x-ray and he pointed to a zone where there was just nothing.
I asked him if he was sure that rootcanal treatment was needed and he said yes.

I had seen a dentist the day before and she had prescribed me antibiotics. She had said there was nothing wrong with the teeth. So I decided to refuse the rootcanal treatment and wait and see (maybe the antibiotics would do the trick).

The day after (i.e. 2 days after I started taking the antibiotics), the antibiotics kicked in and the toothache completely disappeared.
Now I m fine. There is no pain whatsover with my tooth.

If I had listened to the IGDP dentist I would have spent a lot of money + the tooth would be dead (i.e. lots of potential more troubles).

In a few words: don t go there!
