Wow.. How heartwarmingly excellent! - You are never "quite" sure what to expect from a tradesman, artisan or whatever the right word is when it is the first time you have asked them into your home.
And now I am quite astounded I am the first to be motivated to write a review. I don't do this, as a rule.
But Martin and Tom not only saved the day with an emergency (a broken and unlockable external door... a real problem for a couple with a young baby and "at work" husband) but did it the morning after I called.
And the professional, service and humanity was such that I'm almost looking forward to needing them again.
Which won't be long because (as a result) we have asked them to provide an upgraded frame with stable door in lovely real hardwood, rather than go the sealed unit waywe were thinking of! 23-04-13
