Waterloo Branch-Big hearted manager - The staff were friendly and helpful and the Manager was absolutely great! He was a happy, chappy and was extremely helpful.When I asked to be moved to a quieter room he did his utmost best. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms, bathroom all spotless.
As London prices go I couldn't ask for more. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my trip to London and can't wait to go again. Thank you Mr Manager (sorry I didn't get your name)

Friendly and reasonable hotel - Stayed for three nights in May 2009. They didn't have the family room that we had booked available but were very nice about it and knocked £20 a night off the rate. Rooms were small but clean and shower was good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. It is a bit noisy as it is right beside Waterloo Station - but earplugs are provided! Would recommend it for central base in London when all you want is somewhere to put your head down.
