Terrible service, will let you down - Terrible service, cabs do not turn up when promised. On the phone, staff tell lies that the cab is on its way then it either never turns up or it is over an hour late. They left my disabled wife waiting in the street in the dark for over an hour and a half and each time she phoned them back the woman said the cab was on its way. When the taxi finally arrived my wife was distraught, frightend and in pain and the driver (who actually was a gentleman) informed her that he had only just been informed of the fare by the office staff. What an unprofessional shower... and some of their drivers could do with a shower. I don't know if he still works for them but one driver in particular truly stinks and his cab is filthy.
Some of their drivers respect neither the speed limits, the Highway Code nor their passengers' lives. Whatever you do, don't dare to complain because than you will find out what a truly unsavoury bunch they are. Apart from Mr Stinky though, the fault is really with the telephone staff (who will tell you anything) and not with the drivers themselves who must be losing out because of dumb telephone staff. I am glad I have moved out of the district and am no longer dependent upon this lot.
