I arranged a boiler check for a Tuesday, between 1.30 to 4.30 PM. At about 3PM I got a phone call (quite rude, honestly), saying that the. contractor was too busy (!) to fit my appointment in (which was annoying as my visit was scheduled well in advance). My boiler check was then re-scheduled for the following Wednesday between 2.30 to 4.30 PM.

Well, on Wednesday at 3.30PM, I rang the company asking if the contractor was on his way, and guess what? I was told that the contractor buzzed me, but I did not open the door, when instead I was at home, working from home and waiting for him! Why didn't he phone me? We live in 2020 and yes, we have mobile, but apparently this tech is too new for this company…

I don’t recommend this company at all! 14-10-20

Fab - used them recently to install some cast iron radiators. Really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Price was reasonable too! 29-04-08
