Solicitors from Hell - This solicitor does not follow their clients or counsels instructions.

They tell lies and avoid the truth by not writing records of phone calls or letters to the client updating them of important matters.

They do not care, leaving everything to the last minute with disastrous consequences.

Unlike other solicitors they do not produce cost estimates or follow Legal Ombudsman guidelines for client care, and the Legal Ombudsman does not expect them to.
