Use someone else! - I used them to try and stop my ex having access to our child. They were useless! Lost case and advised me badly throughout. They told me not to bother with Family Mediation and things like that and I got heavily critisized for this in court! They use very confrontational tactics and drag the case out. I thought they were meant to help me but now realise they were just using me to get legal aid money. I would think long and hard about using them if you're in a similar situation. I wish I had used another solicitors.
