Caution! - 37a South Street is NOT Woodworks Joinery address and hasn't been for a long time according to the current occupier. That said, Phil Lynsdale who is Woodworks Joinery (a one man band) is a skilled carpenter who lets himself down very badly by his very poor work ethic and complete lack of customer relations! He is completely unaware of the terms of the Sale of Goods Act etc so if you do have the mis-fortune to have him do some work for you, beware. What he does will be very good but nothing like you're expecting! Make sure you discuss EVERYTHING with him before awarding a contract - afterwards will be too late to rectify as he's not interested.
