DONT RISK IT - This taxi company is Unrealisable Unhelpful Disorganised. Paid for travel to and from Southampton docks 12 months in advance. No minibus turned up to bring us home. Eventually after 2hrs waiting and me having to phone them, they got a local firm to pick up, BUT it was not big enough to get us all in. They refused to get an extra, car, or pay for alternative transport. Does not even have the courtesy to reply to my letter of complaint or refund me £33.00 train fare home! DONT RISK IT use someone else
