DON'T GO THERE!! You've been warned - I went there for my Christmas party last week and it was a complete nightmare. I can assure you that everyone in my office will NOT be going back there again.

1) The soup was burnt
2) The steak was very raw and took ages to make - Some people didn't get their meals until most people had finsihsed and their plates were collected (very poor service)
3) We were made to pay an extra 10% service charge (which were not informed about but the manager insisted it was stated on the menu and emails sent to us - we checked when we go t back to the office and there was no evidence of any 10% service charge at all) at the end of the evening it was added to our bill and they over charged us.

Honestly if your going to cater for a party of 60 people you have to state that the total per head would be £23.95 + 10% Service and not just slap it on the bill at the end, demanding for over £200 more. It's disgraceful.

It completely ruined everyones evening we will never be going back there again. The manager was very rude and did not care he was over charging us and demanded we paid the 10% service charge. 18-12-08

Huge beautiful Bar 2 please all! - Fantastic place with various large seating areas to suit all!
Great food and Cocktails accompanied with atmosphere and quite often live music all at a reasonable price.

Very friendly staff who are professional and aim to please and also have as much fun as the customers!

Great place for groups or for couples! 28-02-08
