Absolutely rubbish - We ordered £28.20 worth of food.
The crispy shreaded beef was FULL of bones and severely overcooked!
They messed up our order and REFUSED to refund the dish they got wrong or deliver the corect one.
Then told us that we can still have what we ordered and paid for but only if we PAY AGAIN for another delivery.
This is completly unacceptable. THEY MESSED UP! We wrote down the meal numbers from the menu onto a computer then rang them up and gave them the numbers, they repeated the numbers corectly then brought us the wrong food.
They claim they couldn't have messed up the order and that it was ALL our fault. Absolutely disgusting service. Will never order from them again.
It was like ordering a TV and being delivered a Kitkat then being told that we could still have the TV if we paid again or we could keep the kitkat as either way no refund will be given.
