Bad service - Absolutely awful, asked for blow-dry and had a premium stylist for premium price of £31. The booking was for blow-dry, the stylist finished in 30min, and left hair damp and also used hair rollers rather than brush also not a very premium experience as the hair was initially just dried with the hardier with fingers than dried and simultaneously put in rollers. at the end there was initial volume but as 30 min later the whole hairstyle collapsed. went back immediately to the salon to show them the results of the work by premium stylist just to be told that since i paid i must have been happy at the time and that '..... goodness knows what happened in last 30 minutes and that they are not responsible if the style collapsed 30 minutes after leaving the premises....." was offered to have it redone by the same stylist but as I was running late for the function I declined and asked for the refunds as the service they provided was not satisfactory and I did have no time. The refund was refused and I asked to speak to the owner they rang him in Brighton, he was rude and implied that I was not right and that he believed that his premium stylist was more than capable to deliver a premium service. He also made a point to let his staff know that my custom was no longer welcome. Also the stylist commented that I was not happy last week when I had my appointment, despite this being untrue as my last appointment was with Kelly 6 weeks ago and I was very happy with the service I received.
needles to say that as a professional woman who has a regular hairappontments I will definitely not come back to this business and will be back having my hair done in London with Daniel Hersheson and GEORGE NORTHWOOD who is the real hairdresser and does blow-dry hair from the time you are in the chair no cop out with pretend drying and rollers.
