Avoid. - The first time we took our puppy there they cut his hair slightly too short around his face. It wasn't what we'd wanted but we thought ok it will grow back. We made the mistake of going back a second time. We thought if we gave clear instructions of what we wanted and didn't want we might get a happy medium. They clearly didn't listen or are blind in this shop because they chopped off all of his hair - he's a shihtzu and they cut his hair like he's a Jack Russell. Absolutely ridiculous for a so called dog groomer to not have a clue what they're doing. Needless to say they won't be getting a third chance.
