REALLY bad haircut and service! - I went into the salon and no one greeted me or offered any help. I can't remember her name but she had short, blonde hair whom I had booked my hair appointment with. I asked her to cut half an inch off and she ended up cutting four inches and to top it off the cut was un-even. I'm appalled at the way she didn't listen properly and was more interested in talking with her fellow haidressers. I'm never going back there again!! And it was totally not worth the money.

In response to Tom - Just because you went to the top does not mean they are the best!
No wonder you got a bad haircut, you just presumed that the stylist would 'know' exactly what to do!

The salon is fantastic, best they don't have clients like you there smashing the high reputation!

Best you go elsewhere!

AVOID!! - I booked a 'top stylist' (ie the most expensive and supposed to be the best....). And recieved an absolute shocking haircut, very unfriendly and didn't follow the instructions I gave. Plus even with a discount it was £39 (normal rate: £52) which was an absolute rip off for literally the worst haircut I have ever had! AVOID!!!!!!
