Never Again! - As the review title says, never again will myself or work collegues visit this cafe again. We have been eating here on and off for about 4 years and encountering problems almost every other visit. Problems from waitress staff's lack of understanding english language, unable to work out seperate diners bills, trying to over charge and so on...
The latest vist was the best yet!! Food was average as normal (microwaved) and the service was ok, probably because it was quiet? Although 4 meals arrived at the same time, the fith one was some 5 minutes later. When trying to pay, we was suprised to find a 10% sevice charge added to our bill. Only 6 days ago had we visited the cafe and was not charged a service charge? This was also not displayed anywhere in the resuarant or menu.
I would also like to make any future diners aware that the menus have some incorrect pricing, so if your like us and think you know the prices and take the correct money, think again.
Best avoided unless your desperate.

Pathetic! - Do they know what are they worth for charging their customers so much of heavy cost!!!
Their Juice Bar is the most non standard Juice bar i have come accross. Most of the people have the same experience but people avoid to review as their is alot of hassle to review(create a/c and stuff);
Would the Management of Kruger take anything in seriously, NOT!!!! so thinking about that they avoid the SHOP The next time, But people like me who really feel as if over charged for the quality that was served from last three times, and everytime it was vast different from the other,

Amazing, Perfect! - Don't listen to the Australians, Kruger is a fantastic business, extremely polite and welcoming eastern european workers. There's nothing wrong with the cheese and ham toasties, why would you choose to moan about something so simple? 2 slices of bread, 1 slice of ham and a thick slice of cheese! Great food for lunch at great prices.

Hopeless - This would have to be the worst experience I have had in years at lunch time! The food was horrendous and all I ordered was a basic Ham and Cheese Sandwich and a cup of tea. The tea was ok. The Sandwich was awful. There was so much cheese I literally had oil dripping off my sandwich. I called one of the waitresses over straight away to tell her that I really do not like my sandwich. Too much cheese, burnt ham and tomatoe which was not included on the menu. She walked away from me whilst I was explaining this to her politely and then another lady came up - I repeated myself and she said do you want something else - I replied no - as if I wanted to eat anything else after I was all oiled up from 3 mouthfuls of awful cheese. She then told me that I ordered a sandwich with 3 cheeses - I said no I didn't - that is not what is on the menu - and she then walked away. She actually had the audacity to say "perhaps you're not a cheesy person". They didn't even take any money off the bill. I went up with the money to question why I am paying for a meal I didn't like from the beginning and complained about and barely ate and she argued with me to the point that I had to leave very unsatisfied. She said that they have never received complaints before - that'll probably be because you walk away from customers when they're talking. This kind of customer service is unheard of in Australia - its criminal!! Do not go there.
