Relax is London newest lifestyle and health concept, offering walk in massages, flowers and gifts. Just 1 minute from Piccadilly Circus, Relax is in the heart of London's bar, cafe and theatre district -'fashionable Soho'. Chair massage is on the street level, whereas full body massage sessions on the first floor, including Swedish, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, La Stone, Indian Head, Reflexology, Thai and Hydrotherm. The key point about Relax is that it is a drop in business.

Relax London Reviews

RELAX Soho - If you are looking for a massage therapy with good customer service I do no recommend Relax Soho

I am an expat working in London and have been here since 2008. For 2 years I have been a regular returning customer to RELAX soho. Their therapist have been providing excellent service. Every time I leave refreshed and rejuvenated.

My recent visit to Relax Soho, however has been a huge disappointment. The manager provided terrible service. She spoke with a demeaning attitude and tone when my credit card did not authorize most likely for security reasons because it was a foreign country credit card. Specifically the first thing she said when I walked in was 'Oh so your credit card doesn't work huh'. I just pass her another card right away and she then entered the wrong amount and I had to tell her.

I was disappointed as a customer because of this poor attitude. I have been their returning customer for two years and always show up for the appointments and paid accordingly and the way she behaved did not gain my customer loyalty.

The room also had a continuous buzzing noise that didn't allow either the therapist or me to be completely relax.

Although the therapies are great I have decided not to return to this place. I highly recommend another friendlier and yet still professional environment called Neals Yard Covent Garden.

I was blind, now I can see - No, I wasn't blind. That's a lie.

Yesterday, I undertook some epic DIY. Last night, I found myself in complete agony, whimpering and barely able to move after doing my back in with the aforementioned epic DIY.

I shouldn't have come into work today, but I shuffled my way to Soho and endured the pain until lunchtime, before completely cracking, heading to Relax and having a good, firm chair massage.
Now? Now I can walk again.... "Can I have a hallelujah?!"

I'm carrying myself completely differently and feel so much better. Relax on Brewer Street definitely gets my thumbs up - it's worked wonders.

Desk Jockeys Unite! - Amazing facility, knowledgeable staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Relax really does live up to their name.

I had an Indian Head Massage but also got a neck and shoulder for gratis. The woman who did the massage was knowledgeable, sensitive and made sure that it was a good experience - something you don't always get at even some of the better health spas here in the capital.

I would definitely recommend Relax, and plan on becoming a regular.

A quickie for computer monkeys - Relax is great place to pop into if you’re feeling tension in your shoulders or a tight back or whatever ailment caused by slumping over a computer all day. And most of us media types in that area do have back and shoulder pain.

You can get 10 to 30 minute chair massages or book (in advance) a full massage which takes place upstairs in rooms and are more relaxing. But many of us don’t have the time or the money for the full boat, so a little rejuvenation is a nice thing. It’s around £1 per minute and the massage therapists I’ve had are really good – they really dig deep into the tissue – but you have to ask them to.

Relax also sells aromatherapy products, wonderful smelling candles, birthday cards and beautiful flower bouquets.
