The Waggon is a modern popular pub in Southgate. It has several different seating areas - a comfortable lounge with armchairs, a mezzanine area and a smaller bar with Big Screen TV and Pool table. Outside there is a large decked area. The pub is open late on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a diverse mix of music and tables and chairs can be moved to make a dance floor. They also hold many Live music events and there are quiz nights every Sunday with traditional Sunday roast every week as well. The pub also has a selection of real ales to chose from including Pride and Green King IPA.
