Keya - Bad Customer Service Award! - Awful service, terrible tailoring, the man is a pervert and flirtious when he wants to be, question him and he turns into the devil. I would much rather go and shop down the market for a saree where the salesman will have a bit of respect and decency towards me rather than looking down on me. No matter who your customer is, there are ways of talking to them. Look at bigger firms and how they follow the moto ''customer always right''. I've seen and heard the abusive language he has used towards customers and his staff, and it is disgraceful!
