Dreadful - avoid at all costs - I would give this excuse for a shop 0 stars if I could.

The principle of 'service' has somehow eluded this shop. The inevitable queues before a new term are made infinitely worse by the tiny, poorly organised premises. The staff are incredibly, some would say willfully, slow. Stocks are ridiculously low and they NEVER answer the phone.

The final straw is that they do not offer a money back option at all. When they were unable to provide even simple black school trousers for my son, I stupidly placed an order. When the trousers finally arrived (three weeks into the term) and were about a foot too long, they would not give me a refund. I'm now stuck with a credit note for a shop that never has what I want.

It's hard to convey just how rubbish and depressing this place is but I've tried. Do not go there. 02-11-09
