So sad about the service i recieved today. Not only was i laughed at by the nurse, when i wanted to complain the practice manager told the receptionist (on the phone in front of me) that she wanted to go home - really appalling.

I had such an awful experience and cant even have 5 minutes of her time.

It is clear that patients arent her priority - or the nurses. So disappointing.
